Hi, it's Kate from UK here - as well as being a mom with 3 nut allergic kids, I'm a freelance writer.
I've been commissioned to write an article and back up with substantive evidence, about food outlets, primarily in UK and how they react to and deal with food allergies, particularly nut allergy.
I'm looking for volunteers to visit local food outlets near to them, get some answers to a basic questionnaire/guideline set that I'll provide and, report back to me for analysis.
I think it would also be useful to compare similar establishments internationally, and if anyone is able to help in say, US or elsewhere, please get in touch. I wonder how McDonalds, Burger King and KFC fair on either side of the pond?

Thanks for reading this, hope you can help.

Regards, Kate.
