For ANYONE looking for a support group in ANY AREA of the US or wanting to start one up, contact Nancy Sanker at the Allergy Asthma Foundation. She is the allergy support group co-ordinator. Tell her where you live and she will tell where the closest group in your area is. If there isn't a group nearby and you are interested in starting one up, she will provide you with a packet of information on how to do it. She is quite helpful.

Nancy will give you informatio on food allergy support groups. The groups are for all food allergies. It is not specific for peanut allergies, but you will find that alot of the people in the groups have peanut allergies. That is how I found the group I attend. I do not know if there are support groups thru Fan (I can't remeber how I heard about Nancy at AAFA--it might have been from FAN).

Online Support Groups
Thanks for the support group contact, Brenda. Are there separate support groups through FAN? Or does this person have information on all peanut allergy support groups in a given area?
