I thought since I was asking for reviews, I should give one. This book "Food Allergies and Food Intolerance: The Complete Guide to Their Identification and Treatment" by Jonathan Brostoff Linda Gamlin, has been the most comprehensive guide to food allergies that I have found thus far. It discusses tne history of their development and discovery. It also discusses diagnostic techniques and points out those that are unproven. It also explained the difference between IgE and IgG, etc. I found it to be pretty helpful- there was something for me to highlight on every page. This is a book for multiple food allergies- not just PA though.
