Eggless Eggnog?

I know it sounds like a contradiction in terms but does anyone have a recipe for eggless eggnog they love? I love really thick (almost custard) eggnog but since my son's dx with an egg allergy I feel like I have to forgo. It's not like he will be drinking it but I don't want to take a chance.

I LOVE Silk Nog! I can't wait for it to be out on the shelves--should be any day now. I highly recommend it.
