Is there such a thing? Looking for a way to make ranch dressing egg and dairy free. Can use the master mix recipe and rice milk but what to use for the mayo?
Looks good but I forgot to add needs to be soy free too.
Hmmm.... I'm stumped, too!
It's not ranch, but I really like Brianna's French Dressing.
ING: canola oil, water, cane sugar, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, salt, spices, minced onion, garlic, dried red and green bell pepper, paprika, xanthan gum, natural flavor, tocopherols, citric acid
There's also Brianna's Poppy Seed dressing.

Wow, I remember the days of missing salad dressing, took me a long time to figure out how to make them, and I could even use dairy.
I use two canola mayos, Hellman's and Spectrum, unfortunately both use eggs. The best idea I could come up with was either that Vance's dairy free powder (makes a milk sub) maybe it would give it a creamy mouth feel, thicken it up a little. The second idea I had was, do they make a dairy/soy free sour cream type substitute? Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
I searched online, Soyco makes a Rice sour cream, could not find ingredients so not sure about any soy (We avoid soy as well so I know it's hard), my other idea was rice yogurt, do they make a plain variety?
