Does anyone have a "egg free" Cookie spritz/press recipe.

I have a pampered chef cookie press that I have not been able to use because the recipe don't work egg free?

Please if you have been successful making a pressed cookie that is eggfree please post

Thanks

Chocolate Spritz Cookies
1 14 cups of butter
3/4 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons of cold water
2 1/2 cups of flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 salt

375 oven 10 -12 minutes

Classic Spritz Cookies
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons of oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 1/2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
375 10 - 12 minutes

I think the trick is to have the mixture creamy and not chilling it.

Hope this helps

So on the second recipe it has 1 teaspoon baking powder referenced twice. Would it happen to be 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon baking powder?
