I've introduced the plain cheddar cheese goldfish to my daughter with no problems. My son loves the flavor blasted cheddar ones and I'd love to give them to my PA daughter. Any feedback would be so helpful.

While I think the ingredients are absolutely vile, I must say my PA, TNA, Sesame and Chick Pea allergic son eats these from time to time. We've never had a problem. As far as I know it's only the large Goldfish products that are a problem.
