Hi,
I will be taking my DS who is two and allegic to Peanuts and Eggs on a Princess Cruise (Caribbean Princess) this spring. I was wondering if anyone had cruised on Princess before with their allergic child and had any tips? I have contacted Princess and they told me to stick to the main dining room for eating and that I can work with them to plan safe meals for my son. I am also planning to bring some of my own food because we will have a mini fridge in the cabin. Just looking for suggestions from people who have cruised before what they found worked and did not work so well with their children.
Thanks in advance,
Robin

I have peanut, tree nut, shellfish and citrus fruit allergies, and I just returned from a Carnival Cruise last week. I ate in the main dining room for meals and the hostess did an excellent job of taking my order and making sure it was free of allergens. After every meal she brought out the next day's menu and took my order ahead of time. Carnival was excellent! Good luck with your cruise, I'm sure they will be helpful too.
