DH and I have been looking for a safe, nut-free cooking spray. (We used to use Pam, but aren't convinced it's safe.) Anyway, we ran across Canola Harvest cooking spray at the grocery store, so I checked out their Web site ([url]http://www.canolaharvest.com/usa/faqs/index.html[/url]). It sounds like this company's margarine, oil, and cooking spray are peanut free!!

I'm e-mailing them, too, just to make sure there's no possibility of cross-contamination with nut oils ... will let you know what I hear.
