Canadian Smarties - Complete List of Ingredients

If anyone has some Canadian Smarties around the house, would you mind checking the label and giving us a COMPLETE list of their ingredients?
I'm asking because I have an American in the Canadians Smarties thread that would like some Smarties for their child, but their allergy isn't restricted to PA. I need a very specific list of ingredients so I can ensure that it is okay for this child to receive Canadian Smarties.
And, as usual, I don't have any around.
