The following article appeared in the Boston Globe on 2/11/07. It talks about a bill that Ming Tsai (famous chef and restaurant owner in Wellesley, MA) is trying to pass in Massachusetts that would require restaurants that seat more than 50 people to have a "bible" that includes the ingredients to all of the food served.

Note that peanutallergy.com was mentioned in the article!
