Has anyone tried any of the Austin Dolphins and Friends cheese crackers? My little one is attending a birthday party this weekend and the mom is setting out bowls of them. Hmmm...We've had Goldfish without a problem, but that's Pepperidge Farm. Hey, while I'm at it, has anyone tried Austin animal crackers? The company is owned by Keebler/Kellogg's now. I'm just a bit leary about any company that makes those little peanut butter and cracker packages.

i saw austins whale fish crackers at walmart yesterday. they had the peanut warning on them. we still get candy in our favor bags with a peanut warning on it when we attend birthday parties. people think if the candy or item doesnt have nuts in it then it is safe.

I called Kellogg today because it is being served (Austin cheese crackers) in his Kindergarten class today for snack and they said they label for traces in a "May contain" statement for these crackers and all other products of course.

Thanks proudmomof2. I called and got the same response. Both of my kids have now tried the Austin Dolphin crackers and animal crackers with no problems at all. (Of course, we read the labels first!!)
