I wasn't crazy about flying UsAir to begin with but now

I wasn't crazy about flying UsAir to begin with but now that I see their latest nut allergies and special meals disclosure, I'll probably never fly with them again. They explicitly deny you the ability to pre-board to wipe down the seats and trays now. http://shopping.usairways.com/en-US/traveltools/specialneeds/specialmeals.html

I'm considering flying to europe this summer to visit family. I've done this trip before on both UsAir and British Air and quite frankly I felt much more at ease with British Air. Does anyone have any recommendations for airlines to use when traveling across seas? It's frustrating that American companies are falling behind other countries when it comes to accommodating this with severe allergies. Take Swiss Air for example: http://www.nbcnews.com/business/travel/swiss-certified-worlds-first-allergy-friendly-airline-n88051

Too bad they don't fly out of Philadelphia.
