Is there a recipe or a way to make a cake peanut and eggs free ?
Use a recipe for any homemade cake containing 2 or fewer eggs. For 1 egg substitution, I use 3 Tbsp. HOT water to 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed meal. Stir the flax seed in the water and let sit, stirring 2-3 times, over 10 minutes. Bake immediately. This does not work as well in packaged mixes. I have used this in cakes, cookies, muffins, and even pumpkin pie with great success. It is also very healthy. Another option--google "Wacky Cake." It has no eggs.
