A local hospital in our city is having one of those lotterys as a fund raiser. The interesting thing I found was that their ad was a half a page, and one week even a whole page. There was a picture of a little boy and a caption that read, in very large print, something to the effect of just one bite can kill Cassidy. Then in smaller print, but not too small, it explained that he lived with a peanut allergy and how doing everyday things can be frightening for him and his family. The money was for the hospital as a whole but were using peanut allergy child in their ads!! I just wanted to let everyone know, I thought it was wonderful to see that of all the different diseases out there this hospital was really taking peanut allergies serious. By the way this is the hospital where we take our daughter.
