Sunflower Seed Butter BBQ Chicken Pizza

You're probably wondering if I made a typo in the title because Sunflower Seed Butter isn't used in pizza...UNTIL NOW!  This pizza was so good in fact that my family liked it better than California Pizza Kitchen.  I kid you not.  Growing up my allergist told me to stay away from BBQ sauces because of potential allergens.  BBQ being one of my favorite styles of food, it's apparent that I didn't heed that warning too well.  It wasn't until I was older that this advice may of had some merit.  I was at a restaurant a couple years ago, and saw BBQ chicken pizza.  I started reading the ingredients for the list of toppings, rather than checking for allergens.  To my surprise, however, the menu stated that the sauce was a peanut butter BBQ sauce.  Needless to say, I did not order the pizza, but I was stunned that peanut butter was one of the ingredients.  I decided to make my own version with Sunflower Seed Butter to see what all of the hype was about.  Oh yea.  It's justified.  This pizza is the epitome of sweet meets salty with a burst of flavor.  Enjoy!
